Customer Satisfaction

For Moi? guarantees 100% Customer Satisfaction on all gift purchases. We know that our gift creations are treasured keepsakes that make a lasting impression upon the recipient. Therefore, every gift order received is created with the same time, attention and quality which has become the trademark of For Moi? We pride ourselves in treating every occasion and holiday as if we were gift giving to ourselves.

If for any reason our valued customers are not 100% satisfied with their gift order or our service, contact Customer Service within 24 hours of delivery at (305)892-9998. Customer Service is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.

Customized and Specialty Orders

For Moi? is an upscale gifting company whose forte encompasses a broad range of creativity which will satisfy all of our customers’ customized and specialty gifting needs. It will be our pleasure to accept gift orders which require more time, attention, and artistic flair.

Business gifting is a great way to ensure repeat business as you may never get a second chance to make a good impression. The artistic talents of our professional designers will serve your business well. Our personalized business gifting, hospitality bags, or goody bags will enhance any special occasion or professional event. Requests from Special Occasion and Convention Planners are also welcome.

For Moi? recommends that you request all customized and specialty orders well in advance of the intended event, occasion, or holiday to ensure careful planning, adequate time for product research, and allow for maximum creativity. Feel free to contact our office at (305)892-9998 EST.

Cancellations of Customized and Specialty Orders (including our Hospitality and Goody Bags) will be accepted one (1) business day after order confirmation; however, all cancelled orders placed with any credit cards accepted by For Moi? will be subject to a $10.00 cancellation fee.

Ordering

For Moi? accepts VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discovery, Diner’s Club, and JCB. Following completion of our customer’s on-line gift order, your credit card account should be charged within 24 – 48 hours.

Orders are only processed Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time. Business days are Monday through Friday. Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are excluded.

Our customers will receive an e-mail from For Moi? the following business day as notification that your gift order has been received and is being processed. Please note that some individuals have spam filters in their e-mail programs and therefore, our e-mail address and order confirmation will be filed as junk and not received. If our customers, however, do not receive an e-mail confirmation from For Moi?, this means that your order was not successfully completed. It is the responsibility of our customers to contact Customer Service at (305)892-9998 EST immediately to ensure that their order has, in fact, been received. For Moi? will not be responsible for a customer’s failure to notify us immediately of any unsuccessful gift ordering attempts. For Moi? recommends that all our valued customers check their e-mails throughout the following business day for confirmation of their gift order.

 Please allow a minimum of three (3) business days for processing your gift order after receipt of your e-mail confirmation. For Moi? prides itself in providing an exceptional gifting service and time is needed to make your gift giving order extra special.

If any customer wishes to change the delivery date of their gift order, For Moi can easily do so as long as their request is made within one (1) business day of order confirmation. We will promptly make the necessary changes free of charge. Any changes after that time period may result in additional charges.

If a customer wishes to cancel any gift orders, For Moi? can easily comply as long as this request is made within one (1) business day of order confirmation. Cancellations made within the aforementioned time frame will be accepted; however, all cancelled orders placed with any of the aforementioned credit cards will be subject to a $10.00 cancellation fee. Once a shipment has been picked up by UPS, For Moi? will not accept cancellation of any gift orders. There will be no exceptions. On-Line Order Considerations

For Moi? is not responsible for delays in processing due to transmission delays, technical failures, or power outages.

For Moi? recommends that all our valued customers check their e-mails throughout the following business day for confirmation of their gift order.

Taxes

As required by Florida law, State and Local Sales Tax charges will be added to all purchases (in addition to shipping & handling charges) shipped within the State of Florida. Purchases shipped outside the State of Florida will not contain additional Sales Tax charges.

Substitution Policy

For Moi? reserves the right to substitute any and all gift items included in your gift order from our high quality inventory due to discovery of new and unique items, product availability and seasonal difference. Rest assured that For Moi? will not compromise our high standards of quality, and that any item substituted will be replaced by one of equal or greater value. In making any substitutions or modifications, we take great care and consideration in finding gifts that will meet or exceed the expectations of both the gift giver and recipient.

Return and Exchange Policy

Damage/Loss Claims  

All damage/loss claims must be received by For Moi? in writing via US mail or e-mail within five (5) business days of UPS Delivery Confirmation. Kindly include your e-mail address and telephone number (business, cellular and home) in your request. Once the damage/loss claim is received by For Moi?, we will contact you immediately and ask that you return the damaged gift item via UPS at our expense. The damaged item will be replaced by one of equal or greater value. If your claim is not made within five (5) business days of UPS Delivery Confirmation, your damage/loss claim will not be considered. There will be no exceptions.

Returns and Exchanges

All return and exchange requests must be received by For Moi? in writing via US mail or e-mail within five (5) business days of UPS Delivery Confirmation. Kindly include your e-mail address and telephone number (business, cellular and home) in your request. Once the request is received by For Moi?, we will contact you immediately and ask that you return the gift item via UPS at our expense. The item will be replaced by one of equal or greater value. If your request is not made within five (5) business days of UPS Delivery Confirmation, your damage/loss claim will not be considered. There will be no exceptions

FOR MOI RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DENY ANY AND ALL DAMAGE/LOSS CLAIMS, AND RETURNS AND EXCHANGES IF FRAUD IS SUSPECTED!

 U.S. Delivery Information

For Moi? has a broad range of products including gift baskets, gift items and more. We have selected the professional services of United Parcel Service (UPS) to meet our shipping needs. The majority of our gift items and gift baskets:

  • Can only be shipped within the Continental United States (excludes Alaska , Hawaii , and Puerto Rico )
  • CANNOT be delivered to Hospitals, P.O. Boxes, APO Boxes, FPO Boxes, or Rural Routes.
  • CANNOT be added to (i.e. balloons, teddy bears, etc.)

Please note that For Moi? is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Service established by United Parcel Service (UPS). Our customers are welcome to visit UPS’s website at www.ups.com for further details.

Holiday Times

The following factors should be taken into consideration when placing your holiday orders:

1) The nature of the gift giving business is one which is extremely time sensitive and affected by major holiday periods, such as Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professional’s Week, Mother's Day, and Father’s Day, just to name a few. In anticipation of the high volume of orders, we encourage all of our valued customers to place their orders well in advance of any holiday. To avoid disappointments, For Moi? recommends you place your gift orders 3 to 4 weeks beforehand;

2) While we pride ourselves in offering attentive service, the high volume of orders handled during holiday periods precludes us from guaranteeing shipping deliveries. Therefore, we request that all of our customers supply flexible shipping delivery dates (usually 2-3 days before the holiday);

3) Keep in mind that an increased volume of deliveries affects the shipping time of United Parcel Service (UPS) as well;

4) All of these factors may cause us to cease taking orders or cut off delivery before a holiday. At this point, any orders that may be accepted will no longer be guaranteed for holiday delivery.

Keep the above listed factors in mind when you delay in placing your holiday orders.

Local Delivery Information

Local deliveries by courier or driver in the South Florida area will not be offered by For Moi? at this time, but is being considered as a service which may be provided in the near future. Please check back with us from time to time at your leisure.

International Shipping

For Moi? will not ship internationally at this time. Only shipping within the continental United States is provided.

Shipping Information

Shipping Charges

Shipping rates will vary for each gift basket due to processing, handling, size, and weight. You will be given a choice of costs and all available shipping methods provided by United Parcel Service during check out. Your options may include:

  • UPS Ground – Low cost Ground Delivery for routine shipments that are not time sensitive. Ground transit times are not guaranteed.
  • UPS Three Day Select – Ideal mix of economy and guaranteed delivery by end of three business days following shipping date
  • UPS Second Day Air – An economic alternative which offers delivery by end of second business day follow shipping date
  • UPS Next Day Air – Guaranteed overnight delivery by 5:00 p.m. next business day following shipping date
  • UPS Next Day Air Early A.M. – Guaranteed overnight delivery by 10:00 a.m. next business day following shipping date.

Saturday Deliveries

For Moi? offers the extended convenience of Saturday Deliveries for time-critical shipments at an additional cost. This service is provided by United Parcel Service (UPS) and is available to all destinations where UPS Next Day Early A.M. or UPS Next Day Air is available. Saturday Delivery guarantees arrival by 1:30 p.m.

Delivery Tracking and Confirmation

The UPS tracking number will be received by our customers via e-mail at the time of shipping. Once our customers have received the UPS tracking number, they may visit the United Parcel Service (UPS) website at www.ups.com to track their package.

To verify the arrival of your shipment, For Moi? will request Delivery Confirmation Signature Required from United Parcel Service (UPS). This service provides automatic confirmation with a printed copy of the recipient’s digital signature. Upon request, our customers can receive this confirmation via e-mail. (See Other Delivery Considerations should there be a signature release filed by the recipient with UPS.)

Other Delivery Considerations

For Moi? will always request Delivery Confirmation Signature Required from United Parcel Service (UPS) for all our customers’ gift orders. However, if the recipient of your gift has a signature release on file with United Parcel Service (UPS), this means that the recipient has authorized UPS to deliver a package on the first attempt without receiving a signature confirmation. For Moi? will not be responsible for any gift packages lost, stolen or damaged as a result of a signature release filed by the recipient of your gift with United Parcel Service (UPS). For Moi? will not replace your gift order, or issue any credits or refunds. There will be no exceptions.

The time of day your order is placed, the method of shipment chosen, the location of the recipient, unpredictable weather conditions, natural disasters, holidays, occasional delays by UPS, and other factors, such as incorrect addresses can all impact the shipping and arrival of your gift. For Moi? will always do everything possible to expedite your special gift order, however, due to the potential of the aforementioned delays and conditions, For Moi? cannot guarantee specific dates or times of arrival.

It is the responsibility of our customers to provide accurate and complete shipping addresses, including the Recipient’s Name, Company Name (if applicable), street number and street name, floor, suite, or apartment number (if applicable), city, state, and zip code.

If an error is made in the shipping address and needs to be changed, please notify For Moi? within one (1) business day of order confirmation. We will promptly make the necessary changes free of charge. However, if your order has already been picked up or shipped by UPS, additional charges will be added. A re-routing fee will be charged to your credit card for this error. An additional charge will also be added if UPS requests a corrected or more complete address after we ship your order. PLEASE AVOID THESE ADDITIONAL CHARGES BY PROVIDING AN ACCURATE AND COMPLETE ADDRESS WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR GIFT ORDER.

It is the responsibility of our customers to know and ensure a recipient is available to accept their gift order. Multiple delivery attempts by United Parcel Service (UPS) may result in additional delivery charges.

If United Parcel Service (UPS) returns your order as UNDELIVERABLE, our customers then have the option of: 1) Shipping the same order to a new address with another shipping charge added; or 2) Receiving a credit for 50% of the total amount of your order. For Moi? has a 50% restocking fee. The Shipping charge is non-refundable. Credit card orders will be subject to a $10.00 cancellation fee.

For Moi? ships Monday through Friday for SHIPPING DELIVERY on Monday through Friday. Saturday deliveries are available for an additional cost (See Saturday Deliveries).

Package Security

Our Customers can feel confident about shipping all their gift orders through For Moi? in conjunction with United Parcel Service (UPS). We expect and demand the highest standards of delivery be followed.

To track any gift order, our customers may:

  • Call Customer Service at (305)892-9998 to verify the sender’s tracking/order number
  • Visit the United Parcel Service (UPS) website at www.ups.com to track the package

Privacy Policy

For Moi? understands the importance of privacy to our customers and visitors. Our policy has been to treat the information provided by our customers with the utmost confidentiality. All information is strictly used for the processing of gift orders. For Moi will not share or provide confidential or personal information about our customers to any third party not affiliated with their transaction, except as required by law, or as necessary to provide UPS services to the customer. Security techniques are in place to protect confidential and personal information from unauthorized access by any third parties inside and outside the company.

All credit card and payment information is fully encrypted for maximum security. For Moi? follows the security and privacy controls and measures as recommended by our secure payment processor. However, no transmission of data over the Internet or any other network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Although we make every reasonable effort to safeguard personal information once we receive it, we cannot warrant to the security of the information we receive.

For Moi will not share or provide your e-mail address with any third parties not affiliated with your transaction except UPS, or our payment processor.

Adverse Effects Disclaimer

For Moi? will not be responsible for allergic or adverse reactions that may occur after use of any food, personal, or skin products contained in our gift arrangements.
